Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it,  in its original packaging. Note that returns will need to be sent back to us at your own cost.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at oliviayork@live.com.au. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if Olivia York product is damaged or faulty?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at oliviayork@live.com.au. We will investigate the issue and ensure that you receive your refund promptly.
